§ May 15 – Filing deadline for IRS 990-EZ or 990-N forms for IRS 501(c)(3)
§ May 15 – Filing deadline for NY State CHAR500 and filing fees
§ May 19 – Determination of players/cuts and new teams
§ May 29 – No games, Memorial Weekend
§ May 27 – Registration opens for fall season/teams
§ May 27 – Uniform ordering open for fall season

§ June 23 – Final day for spring travel games

§ June 30 – WYSL Fall Team Seeding/Applications Due
§ June 30 – Ordering deadline 1 for uniforms early delivery

§ July 15 – Teams registration and payment due to WYSL for Fall checks
§ July 18 – Tryouts, first spring session
§ July 30 – Registrar collects outstanding birth certificates/scholarship/hardship letters and payments

§ August 1 – New and renewing coaches must finish background checks ASAP to meet requirements
§ August 13 – SHFC Board Meeting, Location TBD
§ August 15 – Last call for uniforms to make start of fall season
§ August 24 – Summer training for SHFC ends
§ August 26 – Fall training start date, full teams, field schedule posted
September 2024
§ September 2 – Registration closed - All player payments due, otherwise player may not play
§ September 3 – Coaches meeting/gear distribution
§ September 5 – New coaches must complete new coach orientation at WYSL in person
§ September 10 – Opening weekend travel games fall

§ November 20 – Final day for spring travel games
