SHFC will reimburse coaches' expenses for courses required to be certified to coach in the Westchester Youth Soccer League.

Reimbursement request submissions require a fully itemized invoice and receipt showing payment along with a fully completed reimbursement request form.  Any incomplete or unsubstantiated request will be returned unprocessed. Please submit requests to SHFC Treasurer at finance@sleepyhollowfc.com

SHFC supplies coaches with all necessary equipment. If you would like additional equipment, please check with with Matt Evans as to whether the purchase can be reimbursed before you buy. Not all requests will be honored.

***SHFC will not reimburse coaches for fines levied by WYSL for inappropriate behavior that violates the SHFC and WYSL code of conduct. This includes Yellow and Red cards along with fines for running up the score (this applies to younger ages).
