Our goal is to enrich children's lives, improve their physically fitness, brighten their outlook and raise
their confidence through the wonderful game of competitive soccer.

Founded in 2014, SHFC, the advanced youth soccer program of the villages Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown,
is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit exempt organization, Tax ID 47-1123034
and your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. 

You can send a check (or e-check) made out to "Sleepy Hollow Football Club" with "Donation" in the memo field to our address,
SHFC, PO Box 795, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591.

Once we receive it, we will mail you a contribution acknowledgement receipt signed by
a club officer as proof of your gift, for tax purposes and so you can apply for matching gifts.

         If you would prefer we help complete your company's matching gift forms, please fill out and sign to the extent you can
and SHFC can help complete/mail with any last details. If your organization uses one of the various online grant programs
(Benevity, Cybergrants, Yourcause), you almost certainly will also be able to find us listed in their gifting directory using
our organization name or the Tax ID above and complete the entire gifting/match process there. 

Lastly, for our volunteers, do not forget to look into whether your organization offers volunteer grants to reward
the time you put in to help our community youth!
